• Dutch government extends lease for "The Book" office building

Real I.S. and the Dutch government real estate agency "Rijksvastgoedbedrijf" announce the long-term extension of a lease agreement for the office building "The Book" at Kingsfordweg 1 in Amsterdam's Sloterdijk district. The entire office building, which comprises almost 40,000 square metres and 650 parking spaces, houses Customs and the Dutch Tax Administration.
