Désirée Bühler is to take up the role of Managing Director at Real I.S. Australia PTY Ltd. in Sydney from 2024. Désirée Bühler has long-standing experience in the real estate sector. She has been part of the Munich-based Real I.S. team since August 2022, where she is responsible for the Australian and UK markets. Prior to this, she worked in the investment management division of Catella Real Estate AG and Collier International’s investment business area. Even before beginning her professional career, she had already gained many years of international experience in England and Australia. She completed a bachelor’s degree in international real estate management at TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences and a master’s in business management at Konstanz University of Applied Sciences. In 2012, Désirée Bühler started her professional career at Nuveen Real Estate in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where she worked for several years. The real estate investment manager Real I.S. Australia Pty Ltd manages a portfolio with assets worth AUD 1.00 billion and an aggregate area of more than 115,000 square metres on the country’s East Coast (Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide).
